Our Co-Working events on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month are an opportunity to get together with others and enjoy coffee, a snack or meal, while getting things off your to-do list! Connect Sunday gives us the opportunity to hang out and spend time together that we don't always get on our Gather Sundays. This month we'll be at Purely Provisions in Round Rock - great coffee & drinks, delicious food, and plenty of outdoor space for any kiddos to have fun.

Please join us after church on Sunday, October 25th at The Texas Hall for our annual TRUNK OR TREAT! Wear your costumes, bring your candy buckets, and get ready for some FUN! There will also be a costume parade, a Frito pie lunch potluck, a cake pop walk, and more! After you RSVP, please use this link to sign up to provide a trunk, or help contribute to the chili lunch.

Join Peace of Christ Church and Wellspring United Methodist Church for a screening of the half hour documentary "Jesus Was A Migrant". Dr. Jemar Tisby travels to the U.S.-Mexico border to examine the theological crisis at the heart of American Christianity — and what it means when a nation built on faith turns its back on the most vulnerable. A documentary about borders, belief, and what we owe each other. We'll have a brief introduction from Stephen Reeves, Executive Director of FaithWorks, a production partner of the film, then watch and learn together, followed by a short time of community reflection. The event is free, but please register here so we know how many people to expect.

Every year before the Time Change, we gather to mark the event with a Lantern Walk. We share meditations and poetry while watching the sunset and then take a walk together with our lighted lanterns. We'll gather at 5:30 p.m. and plan to be done by 7 p.m. If you'd like to make a lantern beforehand, please reach out to David (david@peacewilco.com), and we'll get you a kit! We hope you'll join us for this meaningful time.

Join us for a cozy evening of connection and inspiration at our Fire Pit Theology event! This year we're making it a Songwriting Circle, so if you've got one to share, make sure you tell us in the registration! As the (please god) cool air surrounds us, we’ll gather around the warmth of the fire to sing and have fun. Bring your friends, a seat, and enjoy delicious drinks as we share in fellowship and explore our faith together. Don't miss this opportunity to ignite your spirit and deepen your connections with our community! We'll gather to hang at 7, sing from 7:30-8:30, and wrap up & head out by 9. Location available upon registration.
